Day Twenty nine

​In preschool classrooms you will find a variety of pretend play tools, but today we are going to be talking about introducing your little one to real tools.

• Real tools are so fascinating and far more interesting to young children.
• With real tools children are more invested in their learning.
• The use of real tools will build new skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and responsibility.
• Children have a great sense of accomplishment when building and engineering with real tools.
• Real tools will help children build self-control and self-regulation skills.

​Real tools are far more interesting to young children which naturally leads children to be more positively and constructively invested in their use and in the classroom experience as a whole. 

Task:
Set up a learning provocation that has at least one real tool in it.
