It gives us the opportunity to be intentional with our teaching when needed, but also gives us the power of being flexible to meet the needs of our students.

I have been asked to share my pacing guide each month, you can grab my pacing guide for week 6-9 below.

Preschool Assessments Made Easy

Assessments are a vital component for a high-quality early childhood program. They are an important tool in understanding and supporting young children's development.

Assessment rings are a great way to assess your little ones. You are able to put one ring in your pocket and assess the child where they are at in the classroom. I have found that when it comes to assessing preschool children if you call them up to do an assessment they freeze, but if you approach them while they are at play and ask them a few simple questions they are more successful with the assessment process.
