How To Store Theme UnitsThe questions keeps coming up about how I store all of my theme units once they have been printed and laminated. All of my units are stored in Sterilite Stacking and Carry Trays. They are kind of pricey but I like them because I can have my Language and Literacy centers separate from my Math Centers and they are easy to carry around. Each center activity is placed in a gallon zip lock bag with the direction sheet on top. Everything needed for the activity is in the bag. Direction sheet on top with master copy (on card-stock) of any handout behind it and then the large work mats. Small pieces for games are placed in a small zip-locks bag and placed inside the larger bag. I like how the zip-locks fit in the container and that I can see through it to see exactly what center is inside for planning purposes. These containers are then stacked above the Curriculum Units in my storage closet. Each year planning becomes easier and less stressful as I become more and more organized. On the Loose with Dr. SeussThis week we will be on the loose with Dr. Seuss. We are using one of our free weeks from curriculum to have our Dr. Seuss week. Main ResourcesI am sorry to say that I can not offer the small group resources because it is founded on to sell items that have Dr. Seuss characters in it. I know that they are out there, but I am not one of them. Sorry
