Science Week

For our week free of curriculum we chose to have a science week with chemical reactions.

First up is ​

When setting up a science activity for children try to make it so that children can do most of the experimenting on their own.

Here you see trays on table to catch any spills that might happen along with the needed supplies for them to experiment with.​

Lava Lamps

We loved the lava lamps and sat for long periods of time watching and dropping Alka-Seltzer.

3 to 4 glass jars
Water
Vegetable Oil
Mineral Oil
Baby Oil

Witches Brew

We ended our week on Friday of course with no other than a little Witches Brew.
