I have been waiting and waiting to do a unit on fall. Fall has finally arrived here! I can now finally do it since our leaves in our area are finally starting to turn colors and the acorns are dropping. This weeks I will be using ideas that I found on Play to Learn School. Jamie from Play to Learn Preschool has also created a fantastic Fall theme Center and Circle Time Unit that I will be using. This unit is packed-full of hands on learning that can be used in number of ways through out center time, small group and group time. I can't wait to see and hearour little ones sing and raking as they do this fun activity of sorting color leaves. I hope we are lucky enough to find these in our acorns. I have never seen them before so I can just hope that we get to have this experience.
