I have been getting some questions on how I am organizing my color around the room. I had to think of a way that was easy and fast since this is a bundle (TNB) that I use everyday of every week. I also need to make it simple enough so that no matter who got it ready for the following day it was an easy peasy task to get done. I stared out by using two one inch binders and sleeve protectors. I created a binder for the ABC color the room (TNB) and one for Math color the room. In the math color the room binder I have the Numbers (TNB), Colors (TNB) and Shapes (TNB) all together. Each section has a small sticky note taped to the sleeve protect to make a tab. Next I found a plastic container (shoe box size) that would hold 4X6 inch cards. I cut small sticky notes in half to create the tabs for each 4X6 inch card and taping the tabs with packing tape. I placed the cards in the same order as the binders so that it would make things easer to find. The cards fit nicely behind each tab. I keep my container of cards and binders on shelf together in a cabinet next to the teacher prep workstation.
