Camp Out Week 1

Recap of our week

We starting our Camp Out unit with the children by turn out the lights and having mini camp fires (candles) on each table and made smores.  

An activity that they wanted to do daily.

We went on a nature walk and collected nature items.

The children created drawings using the items that they collected on their nature walk.

Small Group Activities 

The children pretended to make smores as they found marshmallow picture cards to go with each rhyme with the word that the teacher was saying.

We worked together to make camping patterns.

We have been working on collecting data and graphing.
