I felt like a little kid waiting for Santa Clause to come. When I drove up to the house today I saw zebra tracks and knew that my Pink Zebra simmering light and fragrances had arrived from Sprinkle Safari. The next day I was like a little school girl skipping to school in her new black patent shoes. I knew right were I was going to put it. It will be the beacon of light to light the path for parents signing In/Out. Best of all the Vanilla Spice will greet them the moment they walk in the door. The smell of 32 stinky sweaty little feet will no longer greet you at the door. Oh NO it is Vanilla Spice baby. Check out all of the fancy fragrances they have to offer. You can mix and match to come up with your own personal scent. It is like Jelly Belly for your nose. Pink Zebra is not just for the the home but the home away from home your classroom.
If you want to tickle your nose with some fresh new scents go to Sprinkle Safari and find your perfect fit.

FreebieI needed a little something for my play dough center so I created a set of play dough number mats and I want to share them with you for FREE.
Main ResourcesClick on the peek at my week button to find more fabulous lesson plans. Have a great week!Since the book nook is located next to where parents sign their children in and out. I wanted this area to reflect a home like atmosphere. I want parents to know that their children are comfortable and well cared for while they are in our care. The book nook has a nice plush carpet with lots of soft pillows. It also has a basket of soft animals so that they can curl up anywhere and enjoy a good book with a friend. Keeping it CleanOne of the things that I find most challenging about the book center is the organization and clean up of the books. This year we have done things a little different when it comes to putting our books away. Each basket of books is organized by category and each category has a different symbol to identify it. Then each book as a symbol on the front to identify its category. Math books are identified with the star shape and children know that all star books go back in the star basket. We used craft paper punches for making the symbols for the books. You can download book labels below all you will need to do is come up with your own symbols. ![]()
