This is the time of the year that we need to spice up some of our centers to grab their attention and keep them engaged.
So with that being said...
With every New Year comes a time for new goals. This year my personal goal is to loose 10 lbs., but I don't want to go on one of those crash diets. The plan instead is to change one of my bad eating habits each month. The goal to loose one pound a month. Loosing one pound a month sounds so much better than loosing 10 pounds in 10 weeks.
Changing one bad habit at a time for the snowball affect.
